Tribeca Film Festival Screening Of AMC’s The Night Manager With Panel Featuring Actor Tom Hiddleston And Director Susanne Bier
The third annual Chattanooga Film Festival will open with a Hank Williams biopic called “I Saw the Light” on March 31.
Organizers also announced an additional 14 film titles for the festival. View trailers of those films below.
This year’s film festival will once again be held at the Carmike Majestic 12 in downtown Chattanooga. It will run March 31 to April 3. Festival badges are on sale now.
“Over the last two years at CFF, we’ve come to realize just how much folks love killer programming about music and musicians,” said Chris Dortch, executive director and lead programmer of CFF. “Every year, we challenge ourselves to raise the bar at CFF and create a bigger and better festival by bringing quality films to the Chattanooga area.”
More programming is expected to be announced soon, including additional movie titles, parties and guest panels.
“I Saw the Light”
This 2016 film chronicles renowned country-western singer Hank Williams’ rise to fame and its tragic effect on his health and personal life. The film stars Tom Hiddleston and Elizabeth Olson.
