Tom Hiddleston on the set of Thor: Ragnarok. These photos have probably been around for a while but it’s fun to see them all together. Bonus black-and-white pics, duck-face and sticking-tongue poses very nice.

Hi, as you may have noticed, I have not posted a lot these days, partly because I am busy, partly because posting via WordPress has become very hard. It takes a lot of work to do it this way, so I am announcing that the new permanent home for Hiddlebatch Fans will be on my Tmblr page. I will be able to post more and more often there. I hope you all will please follow my Tmblr page and be as devoted as you have been on this page.
Thank you for your support….

Benedict Cumberbatch is to star in a new film adaptation of Rogue Male, the 1939 novel that is widely seen as the forerunner to the modern action thriller.
The book, written by Geoffrey Household, follows the story of an Englishman who is brutally tortured after being caught trying to assassinate an unnamed European dictator, before fleeing to England and going to ground in rural Dorset.
Cumberbatch, who described the book as “the most treasured of English novels”, will also produce the film, which is set to go into production in late 2017.
The Sherlock star will step into the shoes of Peter O’Toole, who played the lead role in a 1977 BBC adaptation of the book, which was also made into the 1941 Hollywood film, Man Hunt.
Household, an Oxford graduate whose career included a stint as a banana salesman, published the novel months before the Second World War broke out.
While the dictator who was the subject of the book’s failed assassination attempt was not identified in the novel, the author has said that he intended the character to be seen as Adolf Hitler.
In the book, the main character is thrown off a cliff after being caught trying to murder the dictator. He survives, but flees to England, pursued by agents of the European state.
After murdering one of the agents by throwing him onto the tracks of the London Underground, the character hides underground in rural Dorset, where he is later discovered.
Michael Lesslie, who adapted Macbeth, starring Michael Fassbender, for the big screen, is writing the screenplay for Rogue Male.
A spokesman for Cumberbatch said: “Benedict is attached as producer and to star. The film is in currently in development and they are working on a script. As yet there is no director, but hoping to go into production later next year.”
The buzz for movie Doctor Strange is growing among its fans. Marvel comic character by the same name was created by Marvel Comics artist Steve Dikto. The movie casts Sherlock fame Benedict Cumberbatch in the lead role. In a recent update, the director of the movie revealed why Cumberbatch is perfect for the principal character Stephen Strange.
The son of actors Timothy Carlton and Wanda Ventham, Benedict Cumberbatch, is an English actor. He has acted not only in films but also in television series. He shot to fame with his lead role of Sherlock Holmes in the TV series titled Sherlock.
In the film industry, he has portrayed various roles that have won him several awards. Benedict Cumberbatch received four Primetime Emmy Award nominations, winning Outstanding Lead Actor in a Miniseries or a Movie for Sherlock.
Recently, the director of the upcoming movie Doctor Strange, Scott Derrickson, revealed why Cumberbatch is perfect as Stephen Strange. According to Screen Rant, he said that it is the ability to play a character deeply flawed. In this case, he feels a character who starts off at the height of egocentricity and is brought down and falls from the grace very hard, very fast and very early in the film.
He further added that, “And you get to watch his climb out of that, and ultimately his climb out of his own ego. And that’s really what the movie’s about. Even though there’s all these big psychedelic images in the film, it is in the end, a movie about one man overcoming himself.”
At the San Diego Comic Con 2016, the trailer for Doctor Strange was released. The trailer promises a lot of action and different characters that will be seen in this movie. Benedict Cumberbatch plays character Stephen Vincent Strange, a former neurosurgeon. The story tells how he becomes the next Sorcerer Supreme and the primary protector of Earth against magical and mystical threats.
The movie is set to hit the theaters on Nov. 4, 2016.
